This bra is very true to size and I can confirm that you get full coverage with a comfortable wear. The structure of the bra is well made and probably the best sports bra I have tried that does not flatten your chest or squash to to discord when supporting. The sides are wide so no over spillage and still do not come right up to your armpit or dig in like others do. There is no frontal spillage at all and everything is well contained even during upside down manoeuvres with yoga fitness. The straps are wide and comfortable as well as adjustable for a perfect fitting. I can detect no faults or flaws in the cutting or stitching and also confirm that this is the only sports bra that still keeps my chest in the correct position without flattening or forcing them out of direction.

The good quality fabric, excellent craftsmanship, and sturdy structure give off a nice vibe right from the start. The straps are broad and pleasantly soft to the touch, adding to the overall comfort. The bra features two layers, with tightly woven fabric that offers slight stretch only in the cups. I was initially concerned the material might cause excessive sweating, but fortunately, that hasn’t been an issue. In terms of fit, it is perfect for a 36D. The cups sit comfortably, not too close together, and despite the limited stretch, they fit well, offering both excellent support and a flattering silhouette. The stitching and finishing are excellent, with nothing scratchy or rough. All in all, I am very pleased with this bra’s design that provides a flattering shape and offers solid support, with a medium-to-strong hold that keeps everything in place. And, I would happily recommend it.
