So as any larger lady with a full bust will know, exercise can be a challenge without the right support! Having outgrown (literally) my Shock Absorber bras I needed to find something else to get back into exercise. Whilst looking online I came across this bra. It looked good, and I loved the colour. I'm always sceptical when bras don't cost an arm and a leg, I always thing they're just not going to do the job. I ordered it anyway and thought we'll wait and see. I was very pleasantly surprised. It is a really comfortable bra. The straps are wide enough not to dig into your shoulders, and the shape is really fitted and supportive all the way round. I love this bra, and the colour is just gorgeous. I don't really have any negatives about it, I will definitely buy another one - when I start exercising again!!

This is great for holding a larger bust in. I do tend to wear under shapeware vests too as this gives me total lock down when running. I'd say it's the best sports bra I've bought ever! I will be getting one in black too.

I do an intense dance-aerobic class with very bouncy routines like the Charleston and the jive. I’m jumping around for an hour with dramatic dance twists, leaps and hops. Without this I’d have to hold my boobs at times. This is comfy, cool as I get hot and sticky and simply the best to hold “the girls” in place. I’ve got 3 of them. I’ve tried an expensive, fashionable high street alternative (who do make the best leggings) but they were style over substance and nothing as good as this. I’m also happy to wear it all day as it’s minimising and quite attractive.
